These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNTB. By visiting this website, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms. Users should confirm before activation that the service meets their needs; anyone who disagrees with any provision should stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNTB provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client entry points are determined by the content shown on the website and in the user panel at the time. Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, service provider policies, or connection conditions at the user’s location.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection quality when visiting international websites, but does not guarantee that any particular website, application, or content will remain available in every region or network environment. Content catalogs, account policies, regional determinations, and access rules for third-party platforms are set independently by those platforms, and VPNTB cannot guarantee them on their behalf.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for plan activations, route usage, and other activity under their accounts. Accounts are for the registered user only. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscription benefits, provide account credentials to others, or operate the service through shared access.

The service supports use on unlimited devices, but this does not change the rule that an account is for the registered user only. Activity that clearly exceeds normal personal use, distributes configurations in bulk, resells access, or affects service quality for other users may result in connection restrictions or account action.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should complete payment after confirming the plan type. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported; the plan status recorded in the user panel prevails after payment is completed.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPNTB, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the region from which the service is accessed, as well as the rules governing relevant websites, applications, and network services. Users may not use the service for unlawful activities, to infringe the lawful rights of others, interfere with network facilities, distribute malicious programs, access systems without authorization, or engage in conduct that may put the service systems or other users at risk.

If abnormal traffic, automated abuse, attacks, bulk probing, or other activity that may affect service stability is detected, VPNTB may take necessary measures, including temporarily restricting connections, suspending relevant functions, or reviewing the account status.

Service Availability and Termination

VPNTB will maintain routes and the user panel within a reasonable scope, but network transmission may be affected by local carriers, international links, device settings, system updates, and changes to third-party services. Planned maintenance or unexpected failures may cause temporary connection changes. Users may switch routes, re-import a subscription, or submit a ticket through the support page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNTB is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by the user’s device, network configuration, third-party platform rules, uncontrollable public network events, or the user’s violation of these terms, beyond the amount of service fees already paid.

If an account is used for resale, credentials are provided to others, the service is used unlawfully, service resources are maliciously consumed, system operation is disrupted, or reasonable restrictions are evaded, VPNTB may suspend or terminate the service. Whether an explanation or opportunity for restoration is provided before action will depend on the nature of the conduct, its impact, and applicable rules.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel and include information that identifies the relevant order. Once the request is verified as eligible, the refund will be processed through the original payment channel where available; processing times are controlled by the payment channel, not VPNTB.

These terms may be updated due to changes in service content, operational arrangements, or applicable rules. The revised text will be published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be updated. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced through an appropriate method on the website or in the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised content.

Matters not addressed in these terms will be handled under applicable laws and regulations and other service descriptions published on the website. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
