Before you start, confirm the setup path
The setup process has two parts. Complete the first half in the VPNTB user panel in your browser: create an account, choose a plan, and get the subscription link. Complete the second half in the client on your device: import the subscription, choose a route, and connect. The subscription link gives the client the route configuration available to your account, so you do not need to enter server details manually one by one.
Before you start, have a familiar browser and the device you plan to use ready. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported; this guide focuses on the import paths for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Get client downloads and subscriptions through the user panel. This page does not provide static installer URLs or usable subscription links.
If you already have an account and an active plan, skip to “Get your subscription.” If you are comparing a monthly subscription with a data package, choose based on your actual usage rather than the client platform; VPNTB supports unlimited devices, so one account can be configured on multiple devices. Keep the subscription link only on devices you control.
Create an account and open the user panel
On the account creation page, enter a username and password you plan to use long term. VPNTB requires a username and password, with no email address required. The username identifies your account and the password protects your plan, orders, and subscription details. Use a combination you do not reuse elsewhere and save it in a trusted password manager.
After submission, the page opens the user panel. If your browser remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. Once inside, confirm that the panel shows the correct account before choosing a plan. Do not leave a shared device signed in; log out when finished to reduce the chance of others accessing your subscription link and order history.
Creating an account does not configure the network on your device. It establishes the relationship between your plan, orders, and subscription. Next, open the Plans section in the user panel and complete an order; only then will Account Overview show subscription information that a client can import.
Choose a plan and complete your order
On the Plans page, first decide whether you need continuous monthly use or a data allowance that lasts until it is used. Monthly subscriptions reset data on the activation date each month. Current options are ¥9.9 per month for 60GB, ¥18 per month for 250GB, and ¥28 per month for 500GB. Light browsing and occasional use can start with a lower tier; video, file transfers, and sustained use across multiple devices require more data, so choose according to your actual needs.
Data packages suit irregular usage or anyone who prefers to consume a fixed allowance over time. Available options are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB; the allowance lasts until used and never expires. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you find that you need more data after starting, adjust the plan in the panel instead of creating another account.
After selecting a plan, the order page lists the amount due and available payment methods. VPNTB supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Confirm the plan type and data tier before paying so you do not confuse a monthly subscription with a data package. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. Once the plan is shown as active, open Account Overview to get your subscription.
All plans support unlimited devices and include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. The main differences are the billing method and included data, so you do not need separate purchases for Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS. The client is simply the tool that uses the subscription; the active plan in the panel determines your account status.
Get your subscription link from the user panel
Once the plan is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. Find the subscription section, where you can copy the subscription or import it into a client. After you click Copy, the system places the URL for the current account on your clipboard. Switch to the client on your device and paste it into the subscription import field.
A subscription link is not an ordinary bookmark; it contains the credentials needed to retrieve your account’s route configuration. Do not post it on public pages, in group chats, or in screenshots, and do not give it to devices you do not control. If the link was exposed, return to the user panel to review available subscription management options and submit a ticket for further assistance.
The invalid example below is included only to show what a link looks like. It cannot connect and is not associated with any VPNTB account:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying, you do not need to open the subscription link directly in a browser. Some browsers display it as text or trigger a download, neither of which is required here. Instead, open the client and find “Import from Link,” “Add Subscription,” or “Remote Subscription,” then paste the complete URL. If the beginning or end is missing, the client cannot recognize it, so use the panel’s Copy button rather than selecting part of the text manually.
Complete the client import for your platform
Before importing, use the client download section in the user panel to get the VPNTB client or platform instructions for your system. Do not look for installers on unknown sites, and do not mix configurations from other services into the same entry as your VPNTB subscription. Install the client first, then follow the platform section below.
Use the subscription entry in the VPNTB desktop client
Open Client Downloads in the user panel, choose the Windows entry, and install it as instructed. Launch the client and look for Subscription Management, Add Subscription, or Import from Link. Paste the complete subscription link copied from Account Overview into the URL field, give the entry a recognizable name, and confirm the import.
After importing, the client usually displays a route list. If it is empty, refresh the subscription once and check that the pasted content is complete. When route names appear, avoid changing several network settings at once. Keep the recommended client settings and choose a route matching the target service’s region before connecting.
Add a remote link in Subscription Management
Open the macOS client entry from the user panel, follow the system prompts to install it, and launch it for the first time. macOS may ask you to approve network configuration access, which the client needs to establish a connection. Check the app name against the information in the panel, then continue. In the client’s main window, open Subscription Management or Configuration Management and choose Import from Link.
Paste the subscription URL and save it, then refresh the configuration. Successful import is not defined by a “Saved” message; the client should list selectable routes. If a client icon appears in the menu bar, you can also switch routes there. For the initial setup, use the full main window so you can clearly see the subscription status.
Import from a link into the VPNTB mobile client
In the browser on your Android device, sign in to the user panel and get the VPNTB client from Client Downloads. After installing and opening it, go to Configuration or Subscription and choose Add Subscription, Import from Clipboard, or Import from Link. Button locations vary by version, but the goal is always to create a remote subscription entry.
Paste the link and save it, then refresh the subscription manually once. When connecting for the first time, the system shows a network access permission prompt; approve it so the client can handle network requests on the device. After importing, return to the route page, choose the target region, and connect from the main screen. Do not paste subscription content into a standard server form, which usually expects an address and port entered separately.
Use a client that supports remote subscriptions
The apps available for iOS may vary by App Store region. First check the current iOS instructions in the user panel, then use a compatible client that supports remote subscription imports. Open the client, go to Configuration, Subscription, or Remote Resources, choose Add from URL, and paste the address copied from Account Overview.
Save and refresh the subscription, then confirm that the route list appears. When connecting for the first time, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration; review the system prompt and approve it. The status bar or Control Center will show the connection state. If the client recommended in the panel is temporarily unavailable, do not install a similar-looking app. See the complete streaming access guide for notes on account regions and client selection, or submit a ticket through the user panel.
Connect to a route and verify that it works
Once the client displays the route list, choose a route based on the target service’s region. For content intended for Japan, prioritize a Japan route; for a service in the United States, choose a US route. Matching the region is usually more important than the route name alone. For your first connection, you do not need to test every route; start with the one closest to your use case and target region.
After clicking Connect, wait for the client status to change from disconnected to connected. Then open the website or app you actually plan to use, reload the content, and confirm that it works. Judge the connection by real access results rather than the button color alone. If a page still shows the old region, fully close and reopen the relevant app to avoid reusing an old session or cached result.
If the connection is established but the target service still reports a region mismatch, first confirm that the selected route has the correct region, then try another route in the same region. Streaming services and AI tools may also consider exit region, account region, and existing sessions, so the route is only one factor. For a deeper explanation of regional restrictions, native IPs, account regions, and payment regions, read the complete streaming access guide; those technical details are beyond this page.
After verification, repeat the “Get your subscription” and “Import into a client” sections on other devices. VPNTB supports unlimited devices, but each device should get the client from a trusted user panel and use the same account’s active subscription. You do not need to create another account or choose a plan again for each device.
Common sticking points handled in a fixed order
If the client says the subscription is invalid or the route list is empty, return to Account Overview and confirm that the plan is still active, then copy the subscription link again. Delete the failed entry in the client and re-import it using the complete link. Repeatedly editing an incomplete entry can preserve bad data; creating the subscription entry again is usually clearer.
If the subscription refreshes but the connection fails, try another route in the same region, then try a different covered region. Close and reopen the client, and confirm that the local network can access common websites normally. Other proxies, corporate network profiles, or older clients running on the device may conflict; temporarily disable tools you do not need and let the VPNTB client establish the connection on its own.
If only some websites fail to load, do not reinstall the client repeatedly. Test with another browser or app to determine whether the issue comes from one site, an account session, or the connection itself. If ordinary websites work but a specific service still reports a region error, return to route selection instead of creating another VPNTB account. For help understanding error messages and regional detection, see the complete streaming access guide.
If the issue persists after following the steps above, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include the platform, the status shown in the client, the selected route region, and whether the problem occurs during subscription refresh, connection setup, or opening the target service. Describing the result of each step is more useful than simply writing “it does not work.” Do not paste the complete subscription link into the ticket; the panel can associate account details with your signed-in session.
Daily use after setup is complete
For everyday use, simply open the client, choose a suitable route, and connect. If the target region has not changed, continue using the route that has been stable; when accessing a service in another region, switch to the matching route. Disconnect when needed; there is no need to delete the subscription or reinstall the client each time.
When routes change in the user panel, the client may not always retrieve the latest list automatically. If a route disappears, its name changes, or connection performance becomes unusual, refresh it in Subscription Management. Refreshing retrieves the current account configuration but does not change the plan or clear your remaining data. If the subscription entry is deleted by mistake, copy it again from Account Overview and import it.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages last until used and never expire. Check your current plan and usage in the user panel before deciding whether to change tiers. Do not judge long-term needs from a single video session or file transfer; observe your regular use cases first, then choose the more suitable plan type.
The basic setup is now complete. For more on route types, streaming region behavior, and choosing routes for different viewing scenarios, continue with the complete streaming access guide. If you simply want to use the service, keep the user panel available and refresh the subscription periodically; no complex parameter changes are required.
